My Background

 

I’ve always been drawn to the kitchen, spending many hours bonding with my mother who made sure we ate seasonal, delicious meals together as a family at home. Those early experiences led me to start out in health education and move on to cooking for health conscious folks all over the San Francisco Bay Area. Today, I combine my love of food, healthy living, and beauty in all its forms to help clients live and eat better.
